Job Description

As a Strategic Account Executive at Databricks, you will drive the strategic relationship with a key global customer, ensuring successful adoption and expansion of Databricks solutions. You will understand their business needs, leverage Databricks' technology to deliver impactful solutions, develop and execute strategic account plans, build strong relationships with C-level executives, identify new business opportunities, and orchestrate internal and external teams for seamless delivery and support. You will also serve as the primary point of contact, address issues, ensure customer satisfaction, stay informed about industry trends, and drive revenue growth.
Must Have:
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan, aligning with business objectives and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, including C-level executives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the footprint of Databricks solutions
  • Orchestrate Databricks' internal teams and external ecosystem partners to ensure seamless delivery and support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, addressing issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, and provide insights to help shape Databricks' product and service offerings
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Proven experience in a global account management role, preferably within the technology or data analytics industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans and drive revenue growth
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with key stakeholders and attend industry events
