We are seeking a Strategic Risk Senior Associate to bolster risk mitigation strategies, business analysis, and project management within a dynamic regulatory landscape. This role is crucial for evaluating emerging risks, developing scenario planning frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business resilience. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, analyzing threats, developing scenario planning models, supporting business analysis with data-driven insights, managing projects, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring key risk indicators, and recommending policy and operational improvements.

- Familiarity with ride-hailing industry regulatory frameworks
Must Have:
- 4+ years of experience in risk management, business analysis, or project management
- Strong analytical skills in financial modeling, risk assessment, and scenario planning

- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal

What you will do
- Conduct risk assessments and analyze potential regulatory, financial, and operational threats to the business.
- Develop and implement scenario planning models to evaluate risk impact and mitigation strategies.
- Support business analysis initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform risk mitigation and strategic planning efforts.
- Manage and oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure risk strategies align with business objectives.
- Monitor key risk indicators and recommend proactive measures to enhance risk resilience.
- Provide structured recommendations for policy adaptation and operational improvements to mitigate regulatory constraints.
What you will need
- 4+ years of experience in risk management, business analysis, or project management (preferably within the tech, ride-hailing, or financial services industry).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, risk assessment, and scenario planning.
- Excellent project management abilities, including stakeholder coordination and risk mitigation planning.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to the ride-hailing industry or similar sectors is a plus.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse stakeholders.
