As a leading independent film distributor, PLAION PICTURES brings great cinema to the screen and to your home. We cover the entire value chain from cinema to distribution in our own VOD channels. Film fans appreciate not only our high-quality home entertainment special editions, but also our passionate view of the classics of tomorrow. We operate Germany's largest multi-channel network for feature films and are one of the top 3 players in the distribution of physical media. In our dedicated team, you will take on exciting tasks and actively shape PLAION PICTURES.
Must Have:
- Support the calculation, communication, and negotiation in license acquisition.
- Participate in identifying and acquiring new license partners.
- Prepare compelling presentations and contract documents.
- Maintain and update databases and documentation.
- Analyze, clean, and structure data for various projects.
- Support the editorial team in database maintenance in the CMS system.
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Humanities, Digital Media or related.
- Interested in Streaming, TV & Film.
- Good English skills in spoken and written form.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
- Work independently and be a team player.
- Looking for a long-term student trainee position for at least 12 months.
- Can support us 15-20 hours/week – one day a week from the Berlin office.

- Du unterstützt bei der Kalkulation, Kommunikation und Verhandlung in der Lizenzakquise für AVoD, SVoD & FAST
- Du arbeitest bei der Identifizierung und Akquise von neuen Lizenzpartnern mit, wodurch du aktiv zum Wachstum unseres Netzwerks beiträgst
- Du bereitest überzeugende Präsentationen und Vertragsunterlagen vor
- Du pflegst und aktualisierst Datenbanken und Dokumentationen
- Du analysierst, bereinigst und strukturierst Daten für diverse Projekte
- Du unterstützt das Redaktionsteam bei der Datenbankpflege im CMS-System
- Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Geisteswissenschaften, Digitale Medien, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du hast Interesse an Streaming, TV & Film
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast Grundkenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) oder ähnlichen Tools
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und bist gleichzeitig teamfähig
- Du suchst nach einer langfristigen Werkstudierendentätigkeit für min. 12 Monate
- Du kannst uns 15-20 Stunden/Woche unterstützen – einen Tag pro Woche aus dem Berliner Büro
