Job Description
The System Technician is responsible for the scheduled preventive maintenance of all installed equipment, troubleshooting, and replacement of faulty electronics. They will prepare, deploy, and set up support equipment for exercises and live firing support. This role requires providing on-call and standby support on a 24/7 basis, performing workshop repairs, and completing all repair documentation. The technician will also provide technical support for overseas exercise support. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical systems.

Job Details:
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (maybe required to perform additional duties):
- Responsible to perform scheduled preventive maintenance of all installed equipment according to the tasks specified in their PM Checklists.
- Responsible to perform on-site troubleshooting and replacement of all faulty installed electronics equipment.
- Responsible for the preparation, deployment and set up of all support equipment such as BES, Target Mechanisms and Batteries for all Exercises and Live Firing Support.
- Responsible to provide on-call and standby support on 24/7 basis, as and requested by the Operations Manager
- Responsible for the workshop corrective repairs of all equipment with the replacement of parts, modules and limited components level replacement.
- Responsible for testing, checking and completing all repairs documentations.
- Responsible to provide technical support on 24/7 basis for overseas Exercise Support as and required.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
