The Talent Strategy Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing projects with technical requirements for the Talent Strategy team and HR organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with coding basic integrations using APIs and creating custom functions within popular spreadsheet applications. They will also have a strong understanding of data analysis and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

What you will do:

    • Take ownership of technical deliverables and turn them into actionable solutions
    • Manage and deliver projects under tight timelines while maintaining high-quality results
    • Create and deploy custom applications and automations, such as Slack integrations and Asana workflows, to enhance team efficiency
    • Develop, maintain, and optimize macros and data management processes in tools such as Google Sheets
    • Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and implement tools to streamline repetitive tasks
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that reduce manual effort and increase productivity
    • Utilize advanced data manipulation techniques in Google Sheets to organize and present information effectively
    • Create and maintain reporting systems that support decision-making processes for leadership and stakeholders
    • Serve as a technical expert, providing support and training to team members on new tools and processes
    • Create documentation and resources to ensure knowledge transfer and adoption of new systems
    • Work closely with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs
