Job Description
The TDM Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end TDM strategies. This includes data provisioning, masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation. The role requires collaboration with QA, development, and DevOps teams to ensure timely test data availability. The specialist will work with TDM tools such as Informatica TDM, CA Test Data Manager, IBM Optim, Delphix, or equivalent. Compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) through effective data masking and anonymization is crucial. Automation of TDM processes and integration into CI/CD pipelines is also expected. The role involves monitoring and maintaining test data environments, along with providing technical leadership and mentorship. Preparing documentation, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders is part of the responsibilities.
