Job Description
Capgemini is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Global Rollout projects. The role involves managing large delivery teams, engaging directly with clients on strategic and operational discussions, and overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution, monitoring, and budget adherence. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across various SAP modules and handle stakeholder communication, reporting, and escalation management in high-pressure environments.
Must Have:
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Global Rollout projects.
- Manage delivery across large teams (50+ FTEs).
- Engage directly with clients in strategic and operational discussions.
- Oversee full project lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring—while maintaining timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across FICO, O2C, P2P, MM, WM, and EWM.
- Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and escalation management in high-pressure environments.
- 9+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in project/program management and 3 years in delivery leadership.
- Strong functional background in SAP (FICO, O2C, P2P, MM, WM, EWM); technical profiles not considered.
- Proven international exposure (2+ years) and experience in client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex engagements.
- Skilled in identifying risks, driving resolutions, and ensuring quality delivery under pressure.

- Proven international exposure (2+ years) and experience in client-facing roles.
