Join a 14-person art team at Reflector Entertainment to make your mark on an iconic Bandai Namco IP as a Team Lead - Character Modeler. This hybrid, full-time position in Montreal, QC, offers the chance to diversify your portfolio by creating unique, stylized characters in Unreal Engine 5. You will lead, mentor, and inspire the character modeling team, ensuring high-quality 3D models meet technical and artistic standards while fostering a collaborative environment with in-person milestones and celebrations.
Must have:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire members of the character modeling team.
- Organize and prioritize the team's tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is achieved.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality 3D character models in Unreal Engine 5.
- A solid understanding of the French language.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Minimum six years of relevant experience as a character artist in the video game industry.
- Minimum one year of management experience within the video game industry.

- Oversee the creation of high-quality 3D character models in Unreal Engine 5, ensuring they meet both technical and artistic standards.
