Technical Account Management Internship

Arkose Labs is looking for a Technical Account Management Intern to join our growing team. Your primary focus for this position is to analyze the web traffic coming through our customer’s endpoints, detect attack patterns, and funnel the attackers through appropriate channels to ultimately bankrupt their efforts in attacking our customers.

You are passionate about data analytics, and understand the importance of having efficient processes for a team to perform at the highest level. You love solving technical and operational problems and can also communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational needs.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with the Customer Experience and Operations team to:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Participate in ad hoc analyses and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Management team to provide best in class attack mitigation for our customers.

Requirements

• Advanced college student in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,  or related field.
• Basic knowledge of:
• SQL experience, preferably around analyzing Big Data datasets
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail-oriented, self-driven and a passion for excellence
• English language proficiency

Nice to Have

• Data analytics certifications or related experience
• Great presentation and communication skills: ability to articulate highly technical information in a concise manner
