The role is a contract position with in-office presence required four days a week.

The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Technical Project Manager with a strong background in enterprise digital transformation and Salesforce implementation oversight. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-visibility initiatives that modernize business operations through technology. This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful change in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level digital transformation programs, aligning project outcomes with business objectives.
  • Oversee Salesforce CRM implementations and integrations, ensuring business requirements are translated effectively into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with key business units and stakeholders to define scope, prioritize features, and develop transformation roadmaps.
  • Manage multiple workstreams, including change management, user adoption, and stakeholder communication.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure successful alignment between IT, business, and external vendors across project lifecycles.
  • Deliver KPI- and CSF-driven reporting, surfacing risks and driving proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing, operations, and leadership.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of technical project management experience, with a track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud preferred).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, system integration, and business process redesign.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Must be available to work in-office 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in consulting, digital agency, or fast-moving startup environments.
  • Familiarity with customer journey optimization and data-driven transformation strategies.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.

Salary Range:

  • £66 - £77/hr

Location:

  • London, England W6 0ED 
  • Must be willing to go into the office 4x a week (Monday-Thursday)
