We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Dutch-speaking Telesales Agent to join our team. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for reactivating our existing customers. You will be reporting to the Telesales Team leader.
Responsibilities:
- Tele communication to players on standard structure (reactivation, retention, B2B)
- Meet or exceed daily targets of calls per day/week/month
- Become an expert in resolving problems efficiently, utilising CX and other departments
- Collaborate with team members to optimise sales strategies
About you:
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Goal-oriented and highly motivated
- Basic computer skills Excel / MS Office
