ComeOn Group, a global leader in the iGaming market since 2008, is seeking a motivated Finnish-speaking Telesales Agent. This role involves reactivating existing customers through telecommunication, focusing on reactivation, retention, and B2B strategies. The agent will be responsible for meeting daily call targets, resolving customer issues efficiently by collaborating with CX and other departments, and optimizing sales strategies with team members. The position offers a hybrid work model.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Finnish-speaking Telesales Agent to join our team. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for reactivating our existing customers. You will be reporting to the Telesales Team leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Tele communication to players on standard structure (reactivation, retention, B2B)
  • Meet or exceed daily targets of calls per day/week/month
  • Become an expert in resolving problems efficiently, utilising CX and other departments
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise sales strategies

About you:

  • Fluent in Finnish and English
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated
  • Basic computer skills Excel / MS Office
