Must have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in interventional radiology, vascular surgery, or interventional cardiology
  • Proven ability to support physicians during neurovascular and peripheral vascular procedures
  • Strong understanding of treatment pathways and medical devices
  • Experience in a clinical environment with hands-on procedural support
  • Result-driven, proactive, and accountable personality
  • Fluent in Polish and proficient in English
  • Willingness to travel extensively

We are looking for a Territory Manager – Neurovascular/Peripheral (m/f/d) based in the South of Poland to drive sales growth in Poland, by managing existing accounts and securing new business opportunities in specialized medical fields. You will play a key role in product support, customer relationship management, and market analysis to meet sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new accounts while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts in both neurovascular and peripheral vascular fields. 
  • Conduct regular customer visits, provide product demos, training, and case support to ensure effective product usage. 
  • Implement territory strategies, prioritize key accounts, and manage CRM tools to track performance. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and product initiatives. 
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical champions to drive product adoption. 
  • Ensure product availability and timely delivery through effective stock management. 
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to management. 
  • Participate in industry events to stay informed on trends and network with stakeholders. 

What We’re looking for

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field such as interventional radiology, vascular surgery, or interventional cardiology
  • Proven ability to support physicians during neurovascular and peripheral vascular procedures, including clinical case discussions and procedural guidance
  • Strong understanding of treatment pathways, medical devices, and closure techniques
  • Experience working in a clinical environment with hands-on procedural support
  • Result-driven, proactive, and grounded personality with a strong sense of accountability
  • You are confident in engaging with various stakeholders and communicate in an articulate, professional, and approachable manner.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong learning agility and technical understanding
  • Fluent in Polish and proficient in English
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your territory
