Job Description
The Trade Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing clients' trading experiences. This involves running daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading-related activities, acting as an intermediary to facilitate trades, building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, market makers, and counterparties, and monitoring order books, liquidity flows, and spreads across products. The role requires a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual who can ensure clients' trading habits are understood and improve outcomes for them. The candidate will work in a fast-paced and evolving environment within a crypto exchange.
Must have:
- 3-5 years in trade operations, preferably in a crypto exchange
- Strong verbal and written abilities for client engagement
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Goal-oriented and committed to business growth
Good to have:
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
- Understanding of derivatives trading

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Trade Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee and optimise our clients' trading experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we understand our clients' trading habits, the products they are looking for and what we can do to improve outcomes for them.
What You'll be Doing
- Reporting - Run daily, weekly & monthly reports on trading related activities
- Trade Assistance - act as an intermediary between clients to facilitate trades
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, market makers, and counterparties.
- Market Coverage & Intelligence - Monitor order books, liquidity flows, and spreads across products.
What We Look For In You
- Maintain high standards of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
- 3-5 years in trade operations, preferably in a crypto exchange, brokerage or traditional finance firm
- Strong verbal and written abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders in the UAE market.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and committed to driving business growth.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice to Haves
