Job Description

During this internship in Hogarth's Operations department, you will be immersed in a creative and global environment, collaborating on the operational management of advertising and content production projects for leading brands. Your mission will be to support process optimization, cross-team coordination, and the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency, while gaining a broad understanding of how operations impact the business.

  • Experience with Workfront, Monday, or similar project management tools.
Must Have:
  • Support the planning and execution of production projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Assist in managing internal and external resources (freelancers, vendors, studios).
  • Collaborate on the implementation of operational tools and processes.
  • Help analyze operational KPIs and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with creative, account, and finance teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Identify workflow improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions.
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on efficiency, sustainability, and scalability within the operations area.
  • Academic background in Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Engineering, Audiovisual Production, or similar.
  • Interest in advertising production, digital content, and operational processes.

Responsabilities

  • Support the planning and execution of production projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Assist in managing internal and external resources (freelancers, vendors, studios).
  • Collaborate on the implementation of operational tools and processes (Workfront, dashboards, automations).
  • Help analyze operational KPIs and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with creative, account, and finance teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Identify workflow improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions.
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on efficiency, sustainability, and scalability within the operations area.

Requirements

  • Academic background in Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Engineering, Audiovisual Production, or similar.
  • Strong skills in Excel and project management tools (experience with Workfront, Monday, etc. is a plus).
  • Interest in advertising production, digital content, and operational processes.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level (you’ll work with international teams).
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.
