The Mobile Networks (MNW) sector is looking for a:

Operations Director M/F. Based in Gennevilliers.

WHO ARE YOU?

With an engineering degree or equivalent, you have more than 15 years of experience in project steering and supervision, team leadership and transformation, and dialogue with business departments in technological and complex environments.

You have strong analytical skills, listening skills, pragmatism, and adaptability.

You are recognized for your autonomy, rigor, organization, and synthesis capability.

As the position may require access to information relating to national defense secrecy, the selected person will be subject to a security clearance procedure, in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2311-1 et seq. of the Defense Code and IGI 1300 SGDSN/PSE of August 9, 2021.

WHAT WE CAN ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER:

Reporting directly to the Vice-President of the MNW sector and the Operations Director of the NIS Business Line, your missions are:

  • to secure the achievement of the strategic objectives of the Mobile Networks Sector, particularly by monitoring the sector's offers and projects;
  • to manage the sector's resources to provide effective support to operational teams;
  • to implement the Group's and the company's operational policies;
  • to define and lead the sector's transformation to meet strategic challenges (SBP).

In particular,

  • You manage all the sector's resources: budgets, staff, real estate, platforms, IT, CAPEX, expenses, missions, etc. This is to serve all the sector's operational teams, engineering and projects. In partnership with HR, Finance, Site, HSE, DSI, Purchasing, Quality.
  • You pilot the sector's S&OP process, which is the starting point for resource management.
  • You participate in the development of the sector's activity by sharing your experience and verifying the consistency between the sector's resources and offers and projects, as well as compliance with established processes and organization.
  • You ensure the continuous optimization of the MNW Sector's operations (organization, processes, tools, practices, etc.) and the reduction of risks.
  • You pilot the transformation plan and ensure its progress reporting to general management.
  • You act as the Approval Authority for regulated and classified Information Systems in the sector. You also pilot the compliance (VISA) of unregulated platforms.
  • You pilot the sector's industrial policy and compliance with costs and production plans. This is in conjunction with the Industry Competence Center and Purchasing.
  • You contribute to the definition and implementation of the "Operations" policy of the NIS BL and the SIX GBU, particularly by participating in the monthly "Transverse Operations Committees".
  • You report monthly to General Management on the sector's Operations topics during BOR meetings.
  • You lead the sector's CODIR meetings as well as COPIL meetings with partners (other sectors, IND, Transformation, etc.).
  • You ensure the steering and management of the functions reporting to you (Program Management Office, Configuration Management, Information Systems Security, S&OP and Transformation), i.e., a team of 30 people.
