Job Description

Playtika is seeking a Monetization Operations Specialist to manage in-game monetization and product activities through the Back Office system. This role involves configuring promotions, controlling game features, ensuring smooth delivery of activities to production, and setting up campaigns. The specialist will also provide operational requirements for new features and tools, collaborating with various studio departments like Monetization, Economy, R&D, Product, BA, and QA to deliver high-quality products and activities.
Good To Have:
  • BA or B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant Engineering field.
Must Have:
  • Manage monetization & product activities inside the game through the Back Office system (promotions, game features).
  • Ensure delivery of all activities and features to production, including smooth running of promotions, events, and live tests.
  • Set up in-game campaigns in the Back Office system (assets, pricing, segments).
  • Provide operational requirements for new features and tools for efficiency and flexibility.
  • Work with Monetization, Economy, R&D, Product, and BA departments.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to provide high quality products and activities.
  • Possess a technical background in Operations, CRM, Technical Support, Configuration, Technical Project Manager, or QA.
  • Be highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Have analytic skills and the ability to work with large data sets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the operation of monetization & product activities inside the game through the game’s Back Office system: configuration of promotions and controlling game features.
  • Responsible for ensuring the delivery of all activities and features to production, including the smooth running of all the promotions, events, and live tests
  • Responsible for setting up campaigns in the game’s Back Office system, including managing assets, pricing configurations, segments etc.
  • Providing operational requirements for new features and tools in order to allow efficiency and flexibility according to business needs.
  • Work with different studio departments: Monetization, Economy, R&D, Product and BA
  • Work with the QA team to provide high quality products and activities

Requirements:

  • Technical background in Operations, CRM, Technical Support, Configuration, Technical Project Manager, QA or similar role.
  • Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual, and the ability to learn and operate multiple applications
  • Strong problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills
  • Analytic skills and the ability to work with large data sets
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong work ethic, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • English proficiency, both spoken and written- Must
  • BA or B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering / other relevant Engineering field – Advantage
