Your daily life

As a project manager, your missions are:
- Project Launch:
- Collaborate closely with the BID team to ensure contractual support and a smooth transition from offer to project.
- Set up the project steering team and anticipate project launch (plan, schedule, work packages, etc.).
- Global Project Steering:
- Represent the project internally and externally, especially with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Organize and lead project instances (planning meetings, progress reviews, activity synchronization).
- Monitor activity progress and adherence to milestones in accordance with contractual commitments.
- Coordination of Project Teams
- Manage all internal project stakeholders (lot leaders, work package managers, PMO).
- Ensure coordination with transversal functions (engineering, industry, finance, operational management, quality, etc.).
- Project Performance Management
- Ensure QCD (Quality, Cost, Deadline) objectives are met.
- Manage risks/opportunities and implement mitigation plans.
- Consolidate project indicators and ensure reporting to program management and client bodies.
- Drive the continuous improvement approach, setting and supporting transformation objectives in consultation with the program COPIL.
Your profile
- You have confirmed experience in project management in a complex environment and master project management practices/methods/tools.
- In a previous experience, you led a transformation with the deployment of organizations, good practices, processes, and tools.
- You have the ability to effectively manage and coordinate all project stakeholders (clients, partners, collaborators, transversal functions).
- Mastery of English is required given the numerous international partners.
- Project management experience in the Defense sector is an asset.

- Ability to clearly express expectations, communicate effectively with different stakeholders (internal and external) and adapt speech to interlocutors.
