Job Summary
As a working student in project management, you will contribute to the improvement and optimization of digital data storage across all Thales locations in Germany. You will support the establishment of a professionally structured Real Estate department by analyzing and evaluating existing data storage systems, identifying potential for efficiency gains, and developing and implementing concepts for data storage optimization. You will also create guidelines for consistent use, assist in introducing standards, and actively participate in cross-departmental projects within Real Estate & Facility Management.
Must Have

- Develop and implement concepts for optimizing data storage
- Create guidelines for uniform use
- Support the introduction of standards and accompany the change process
- Actively participate in cross-departmental projects in Real Estate & Facility Management
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Information Sciences, or Business Administration with a focus on Knowledge Management or a comparable field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Good organizational competencies and quick comprehension
- Basic knowledge in knowledge management
- Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive work style
- Team player and willingness to learn new topics and contribute own ideas
- Independence, initiative, and adequate expression in spoken and written word
Good to Have
- Initial experience in data management, information organization, or handling digital tools and modern knowledge management methods
- English language skills are desirable

- Basic knowledge in knowledge management and ideally initial experience in data management, information organization, or handling digital tools and modern knowledge management methods
