Job Summary
You will provide operational support and for the PAS infrastructure, handling incidents and processing service request. This role focuses on supporting and coaching PAS Level 1 support, delivering engineering-level input into operational improvements, and maintaining up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and clarity in daily operations. You will need to deliver proactive and structured support aligned with ITIL processes, focusing on service improvement.
Must Have
- Provide operational support for PAS infrastructure
- Handle incidents and process service requests
- Perform corrective maintenance and performance monitoring
- Deploy change packages and manage L1 support
- Create and manage SharePoint site collections
- Deploy SharePoint applications and manage updates
- Administer Managed Metadata, User Profiles, Search Services
- Tune database performance and check SharePoint farm health
- Possess intermediate Microsoft SharePoint basics
- Knowledge of web hosting (IIS & Apache)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow technical procedures
- Fluent in English
- ITIL V4 Foundation certified
Good to Have
- Clear technical communication (oral and written)
- Ability to manage stress and attention to detail
- Effective team collaboration
- Basic knowledge of ITIL Event, Service Request, Service Level, Problem, and Service Asset & Configuration Management
- Basic understanding of IaaS, DMZ, SSI, and VMWare
- Basic database management knowledge (SQL, Oracle, MySQL)

Responsibilities:
- Incident handling and service request processing
- Corrective maintenance and Performance monitoring
- Deployment/activation of change packages submitted by L3
- Triggering and managing the L1
- Creation and management of site collections (web portals).
- Deployment of SharePoint applications
- Management of updates and patches
- Administration of key services such as Managed Metadata, User Profiles and Search Services
- Tuning Database and performance
- Check health SharePoint farms

Required Skills & Experience:
- IaaS, DMZ, SSI – beginner

- Microsoft SharePoint basics – intermediate

- knowledge of Database management (SQL server, Oracle, MySQL) – beginner
- knowledge on web hosting (IIS & Apache) – intermediate
- Installation and initial configuration of SharePoint components. – intermediate
- Create and manage site collections. – intermediate
- User access and authorization management (role assignment, SharePoint group management) – intermediate
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. – intermediate
- Monitoring of system alerts and resolution of minor incidents. – intermediate
- Monitoring of application (Web hosting & database) usage and storage space. – intermediate
- Implementation of security and compliance policies (Security patch updates) – intermediate
- Able to follow technical procedures – intermediate
- Fluent English
