This role involves joining teams responsible for designing, developing, and qualifying complex digital boards and modules for military radiocommunication equipment, tactical networks, electronic warfare systems, and information system security solutions. The main missions include defining development strategy, managing schedules, budgets, and performance indicators, participating in technical reviews, leading a multidisciplinary technical team, ensuring process compliance, and sharing project knowledge for continuous improvement.

Must Have

  • Confirmed experience in digital board design

Your daily life

The Gennevilliers Campus is the heart of design, development, and support activities for major defense systems: radiocommunications, resilient infrastructure networks and systems, satellite communications, collaborative combat, and cybersecurity. Located north of Paris, it is quickly accessible by public transport.

You will join the teams responsible for designing, developing, and qualifying complex digital boards and modules for military radiocommunication equipment and tactical networks, electronic warfare equipment and systems, as well as information system security solutions for our projects.

Your main missions consist of:

  • Defining the development strategy to deliver projects while respecting deadlines, cost, and quality challenges
  • Setting up and monitoring schedules, budgets, and performance indicators
  • Participating in technical reviews and strategic decisions related to projects
  • Leading and supervising a multidisciplinary technical team on a daily basis
  • Ensuring compliance with development processes and industry standards
  • Capitalizing and sharing project knowledge to fuel the continuous improvement of processes and working methods

Your profile:

Coming from an electronics engineering background, do you have confirmed experience in digital board design, as well as initial experience in complex hardware project management?

Do you have a good culture in project management?

Do you know how to produce synthetic and quality reports?

Do you ideally have technical knowledge in analog and digital electronics, PCB routing, low-level software, and testing?

Are you comfortable in English?
