Human Resources Internship

Join our human resources team at Thales Alenia Space in Charleroi, Belgium, for an internship. You will manage the intern program, from recruitment to administration and compensation, under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Partner. You will also contribute to organizational changes, revise governance, and draft job descriptions to optimize communication and processes. This role offers an opportunity to observe and participate in the daily activities of a dynamic HR team within a large aerospace company, with around 500 employees, part of the Thales group.

Must Have

• Manage the company's intern program (recruitment, communication, administrative procedures, onboarding, compensation) under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Participate in the revision of governance and draft job descriptions to optimize communication and processes.
• Observe and participate in the daily activities of an HR team within a large company.
• Be a student with a minimum of Bac + 3 or Master level.
• Commit to an internship duration of at least 3 months.
• Genuine desire to get involved and learn.
• Possess a holistic view.
• Be proactive and solution-oriented.
• Have good writing skills (good spelling).

Good to Have

• Ability to propose specific internship topics based on personal interests.

Your tasks

• You independently manage the company's intern dynamic (recruitment, communication, administrative procedures, onboarding, compensation, etc.) under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Partner.
• The space sector in which the company operates is undergoing transformation, which implies organizational changes (structures and processes). It is in this context that you will participate in the revision of governance and draft descriptions of various positions with a view to optimizing communication and processes between the different departments of the company.
• You will observe and participate in the daily life of an HR team evolving within a large company composed of approximately 500 people, which itself is part of the Thales group (personnel management, meetings with employees and department committees, various administrative tasks, reading and screening of internal CVs, etc.).
• We count on you to share your interests so that we can offer you a specific internship topic that suits you.

The profile we are looking for

An intern with a minimum of Bac + 3 or Master level for an internship lasting a minimum of 3 months who:

• Has a genuine desire to get involved and learn,
• Possesses a holistic view,
• Is proactive and solution-oriented,
• Has good writing skills (good spelling).
