Job Summary
The Technical Consultant provides pre-sales support, analyzes customer requests for cards and solutions, and understands customer technical organizations. They identify solutions based on Thales CDI's product map and define requirement specifications. The role involves potential project management for card products or FPER, and implementation of solutions. Candidates need 1-3 years of experience in smartcard, embedded software, telecom, or secure transactions, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Engineering. Strong communication, customer orientation, and problem-solving skills are essential, with some business travel required.
Must Have

Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-Sales support, as a complement to the Sales process, including the analysis of the customer requests, in terms of Cards and Solutions
- Understand the customer technical organisation
- Provide Thales CDI with market knowledge and competition
- Act actively to understand the Customer’s technical needs and to identify the possible solutions, based on Thales CDI current product map.
- Inside the context of his accounts management, the TC is in charge to define the Requirements Specifications for the Customers assigned to him/her
- May be the technical interface for the Customers
- May be in charge of the project management for the card product or FPER(Full Perso)
- May be in charge of the project implementation of solutions (D1 Physical, D1 Digital etc.)
Requirements:
- A first experience (1 to 3 years) in a relevant field (preferably Smartcard, Embedded Software or Services provider background, Telecom or Secure Transactions area) or equivalent experience within Thales
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Engineering
- Additional Business School degree is welcome
- English mandatory
- Local language desirable
- Good verbal and written communication skills
