Apple is seeking an External Engagement Lead for its Trust & Safety team. This role involves building relationships with experts, public interest collaborators, and policy communities to advance responsible safety outcomes across Apple's platforms and products. The team's objective is to create safe and trusted technology for users by collaborating on strategy, policy, online safety analysis, engineering, operations, and research. The ideal candidate will be strategic, collaborative, have a deep understanding of online safety, strong communication skills, and experience in building collaborative relationships.

Our efforts span strategy, policy, online safety analysis, engineering, operations, and research, while supporting all parts of the Apple ecosystem. We are looking for a strategic and collaborative External Engagement Lead to champion our efforts in building trust and fostering dialogue with key external partners. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of online safety issues, strong communication skills including the ability to adapt to diverse audiences, and experience building and sustaining collaborative relationships.
