Job Description

The Uniform Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's uniform program. This includes ordering, issuing, and replacing uniforms, as well as ensuring their proper care and utilization. The specialist will maintain quality service by enforcing standards and resolving issues, manage uniform inventory and database, and cooperate with various departments for uniform-related tasks. Additional responsibilities include cost management, supplier relationship management, and assisting with office management duties. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Job Description

    1. Providing daily uniform service: ordering, issuing, replacement, control of wear and tear, cleaning and utilization;
    2. Maintaining quality service by enforcing quality and service standards; analysing and resolving quality and service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements;
    3. Uniform stock management: perform regular inventories, achieve tidiness in storage premises;
    4. Ongoing management of the uniform’s data base and its compliance with the uniforms assigned to employee’s status;
    5. Cooperation with Evolution Academy and Human Resources: ensure availability of uniforms for a new hires / collect uniforms from employees leaving the company;
    6. New uniforms’ development and delivery process: coordination of design and materials selection, cooperation with management, customers and suppliers, deliver photo and video testing sessions;
    7. Cooperation with other Legal Entities regarding uniform related tasks;
    8. Maintaining relationship with key suppliers and negotiating competitive contract agreements;
    9. Gathering and analysing critical data;
    10. Cost management: forecasting and tracking of the costs to achieve accuracy of the spending and compliance with the budget;
    11. Assistance to Office Management (office supplies orders, supervising suppliers, building inspections);
    12. Performing other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position, and which meet the qualifications;

Qualifications

    1. Secondary or incomplete Higher education
    2. Fluent English and Romanian language – verbal and written
    3. Basic level of computer skills (MS Office)
    4. Knowledge of Project Management basics
    5. Experience and knowledge of Customer Service principles
    6. High sense of responsibility
    7. Business communication, sales and negotiation skills
    8. Interest in fashion and image-making industry, ability to follow trends and guide suppliers and stakeholders on the company needs
    9. Ability to accurately fulfill job-related tasks and attentiveness to details
    10. Adaptability and stress resistance
    11. Analytical skills
    12. Result driven attitude
