The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced VFX Producer with deep knowledge of VFX processes and pipelines to lead an exciting project. You’ll manage all aspects of production—delivering on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard—while building strong relationships with clients and creative teams.

The role is predominantly studio-based in our Poblenou office, working closely with the Creative Head of Studio, with occasional on-set work. Fluent Spanish is essential for working directly with local clients. We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

This is a fixed-term contract until April 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining the overall schedule and budget of the show
  • Manage complex department scheduling, ensuring that project milestones and deliveries are reached
  • Build strong relationships with clients, communicating regularly with progress reports, costs and risks – whilst proactively dealing with production challenges
  • Oversee client deliveries for all temps and finals
  • Attend and advise at client meetings and direct artists on the requirements of each project
  • Managing large teams, keeping morale high, enjoy problem solving and be seen as a safe pair of hands
  • Work with coordinators to oversee the organisation of dailies and rounds, ensuring accurate reporting and feedback
  • Set up templates, reporting, and define processes and communication required for the team
  • Track and record all changes to scope of work verifying accurate change orders
  • Work with our internal finance team to ensure that payment schedules are adhered to with invoices being sent out on time
  • Work with Resourcing to ensure crew requirements are understood, flagging any issues
  • You will be a Shotgrid master. You will have a team to support on daily tasks and updates and you’ll be confident overseeing the projects progress on Shotgrid

About you:

  • 5+ years working in the VFX industry
  • Thorough understanding of live-action and CG based VFX workflows
  • In depth experience in scheduling
  • Capable of confidently motivating and leading teams on various projects
  • Proven ability to manage high revenue budgets
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Expert knowledge of Shotgrid
  • Confident client and crew management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
