About the role:

• Create short-form video and image ads for our games, for distribution across all social platforms, including Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Youtube and other channels.

• Think creatively and proactively on current and new ad concepts

• Research new trends and techniques, platforms, and tools to develop innovative storytelling

• Rapidly present (and create) fresh and out-of-the-box ideas

• Dig in our data to figure out which creatives work best, why, and how to improve them

About you:

• Love motion design and are great at creating animations from scratch

• Have 2+ years of experience working with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop, ideally in the mobile app/games industry

• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment

• Are organised and used to dealing with large asset libraries

• Quick to cut, edit and resize video ads

• Great eye for detail and consistency

• Interested in the relations between ad creatives and business performance
