Video Producer

Turtle Rock is looking for a creative and hands-on Video Producer to capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content that showcases our games and drives player excitement. You’ll work on everything from gameplay trailers and dev diaries to social content, while also managing external vendors for motion graphics, cinematic trailers, and other creative deliverables. This role blends technical skill with creative vision and requires someone who can collaborate across teams to bring their campaigns to life.

Responsibilities:

• Capture and edit gameplay and behind-the-scenes footage into compelling content.
• Produce trailers, dev diaries, social clips, and other marketing videos.
• Manage vendors/agencies delivering cinematic trailers, motion graphics, and localizations.
• Collaborate with art, design, and marketing teams to align video content with creative goals.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality results.
• Create, manage and otherwise contribute to major branding components, including titling and motion graphics and key branding elements such as logos and key art.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video producer/editor in games, entertainment, or creative media.
• Strong skills with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent editing software.
• Experience with gameplay capture tools and producing in-engine footage.
• Ability to craft engaging stories through pacing, music, and visual design.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferences:

• Familiarity with Unreal/Unity capture workflows.
• Experience producing content for YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Knowledge of localization workflows and trailer versioning.
• Passion for video games and understanding of gaming culture and communities.

The estimated base pay range for this role is: $70,000—$120,000 USD
