is a highly multidisciplinary group consisting of UX and UI designers, and Content Strategists. The Experience Design team will play an important role reshaping how we deliver the user experience and grow our presence in the cloud data management market.     About the Role  This role presents a unique opportunity to drive innovation within the Enterprise SaaS industry. Skills and Expertise:

• The ideal candidate should have 3-10 years of experience in visual design and be empathetic in addressing users' pain points by creating elegant solutions that streamline users' task flows.
• Demonstrate exceptional visual and user interface design skills, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and a track record of applying these skills across various platforms.
• Passionate about an iterative design process and always looking to improve design with critiques from multiple perspectives in a cross-functional team environment.
• A proactive self-starter, rapidly evolving design ideas, continually elevating design quality and consistently delivering high-quality work on time. 
• An expert in Figma with a mastery of prototyping skills.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold a high standard of design quality throughout the entire design ecosystem.
• Continuously ideate and experiment with design solutions to enhance the user experience and streamline task flows.
• Solve problems by conceptualizing, designing, and implementing visual elements and new experiences based on product requirements.
• Create design mockups, produce visual assets, and generate necessary documentation for engineering teams.
• Attention to detail in consistency, color use, typography, and design aesthetics.
• Thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in visual or communication design, with a preference for a Master's degree.
• Expertise in data visualization within the realm of cloud data management.
• Experience in designing for large-scale enterprises, especially those focusing on infrastructure management and orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with Miro, JIRA, and Confluence is a bonus but not mandatory.
