You will raise the bar on quality and craft through strong execution and feedback, contribute to the design system, support QA of visual assets, and stay curious by researching new ideas, tools, and formats. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in graphic or visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing finesse in typography, color, layout, and hierarchy. Comfort working across various formats like web, product, campaigns, and motion, along with an obsession for polish, consistency, and alignment, is essential. Openness to critique, feedback, collaboration, and continuous learning is highly valued.
