Join our dynamic team as a Waiter/Waitress in the vibrant city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates! We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional dining experiences in our fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Greet and serve guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen and bar staff
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage options
• Upsell menu items and promote special offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Handle cash and process various forms of payment accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Keen attention to detail in order-taking, food presentation, and maintaining a clean work area
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a high level of service
