Job Description
The Connectivity Standards team at Apple is looking for a wireless architect to contribute to next-generation Wi-Fi technologies. The team focuses on developing wireless system solutions and standardization initiatives. The role involves working with internal teams, informing them of standard developments and directions, supporting development teams, and defining features, architectures, and design strategies. The architect will propose and champion innovative solutions, defend Apple's product interests in industry communities, and contribute to system-level simulations and evaluations.
Job Details
Apple’s Connectivity Standards team is seeking a passionate, self-motived, and highly disciplined wireless architect to contribute to next generation Wi-Fi technologies. Our team is focused on developing wireless system solutions and its standardization initiative. You’ll be actively working with various internal teams by keeping them apprised of standard developments and directions, while supporting development teams to define and decide features, architectures, and design strategies. You are expected to actively propose, support and champion innovative solutions, both internally and externally, and defend Apple’s product interests and design principles in standard and industry communities. You will be contributing to system level simulation and evaluation to support our proposals and solutions.
