Internship Subject: Lean / 5S / Waste

Within Production, under the supervision of a production leader, your mission will be to:

Develop and improve our 5S culture and fight against MUDA (waste).

5S is currently being deployed within our lines, and weekly audits are carried out to ensure a high level of 5S on our production lines.

The intern will be tasked with updating certain lines by carrying out various Lean works (cell formation, standard creation, identification, etc.).

In parallel, the intern will be asked to analyze industrial waste on certain lines, and to propose improvements to advance the efficiency of our results.

Examples of MUDA: overproduction, overstocking, or unnecessary stocks, unnecessary transport and movements, overprocessing or unnecessary treatments, unnecessary movements, errors, defects and rejects, waiting times and delays, underutilization of skills.

Your analytical ability, dynamism, involvement, and autonomy will make the difference.

• The internship will be carried out in compliance with hygiene, safety rules and barrier gestures.
• The intern must comply with the establishment's internal regulations.
• Internship supervisor: production leader
• Duration: 4 weeks - open to 1st-year engineering school students
