Your Role

We’re looking for an intern to join our Workplace Operations team in Lincoln, Nebraska.

As a valued member of the team, you'll play a pivotal role in:

• Ensuring smooth processes. You’ll support the execution of events, which will include internal communication, handling travel arrangements, and overseeing the shipping and tracking of swag to our coaches and employees.
• Running office operations. Some of your projects will cover: incoming/outgoing mail, supplies stocking & ordering, access/parking cards and team meeting setup.

In short, you’ll be on the front lines for both employees and guests. We need this role to begin in September or October of 2025.

This role requires work to be done in-office, so we're only considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska.

• A current student. You’re enrolled in a degree-seeking program and plan to remain enrolled for the duration of the internship.
• Organized. You can efficiently manage projects and keep track of multiple tasks and projects at once.
• Proactive. You’re always on the lookout for opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, take ownership of projects and leave a lasting impact.
• Shipping know-how. You’ll be shipping things—a lot of things. You know what an efficient shipping process looks like and aren’t afraid to make improvements where needed.
• Welcoming. You’re ready to give employees and visitors to our HQ a great first impression because you understand that’s what sets the tone for the rest of their experience at Hudl.
• Event coordination skills. You know how to be a contributor for company-wide events, working with a team to create incredible experiences.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is set by a candidate’s year in school, and will be determined by their academic standing at the start of the internship.

Base Hourly Range

$15 - $15.50 USD
