The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience in security systems and emergency response, strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills. A deep understanding of security technologies and a commitment to teamwork are essential. Protecting the company's assets and personnel is paramount in this role.

Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and updating the company’s physical security policies and procedures
- Managing security operations, including access control and surveillance systems
- Conducting risk assessments and physical security audits to identify potential threats
- Responding to security incidents and implementing corrective actions
- Coordinating with building management to maintain a secure working environment
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with security systems and emergency response procedures
- Knowledge of access control, CCTV surveillance, alarm, and other security systems
- Effective leadership and crisis management skills
- Strong communication skills for coordination and reporting
- Excellent command of English
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
