The role involves diagnosing and resolving software-related problems, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of support services. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software issues, documenting solutions, collaborating with project managers and engineers, providing customer guidance, gathering customer feedback, and staying updated on product developments.
