The Innovation Projects Technical Lead will be responsible for the technical guidance of interdisciplinary teams and the shaping of the architecture of digital solutions in research and innovation projects. This role involves designing and implementing technological platforms using cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud/Edge Computing, AI, AR/VR, and Data Federation, as well as designing and analyzing system architectures while guiding a team of over 10 people. Additionally, the role includes monitoring project progress, ensuring the technical integrity of deliverables, and providing strategic guidance for the integration of innovative solutions. The role involves architectural design, technical guidance, project management, and technical deliverable preparation and stakeholder management.

Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, η DOTSOFT αναζητά έναν έμπειρο Innovation Projects Technical Lead, ο οποίος θα αναλάβει την τεχνική καθοδήγηση διεπιστημονικών ομάδων και τη διαμόρφωση της αρχιτεκτονικής ψηφιακών λύσεων σε έργα έρευνας και καινοτομίας. Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα διαδραματίσει κεντρικό ρόλο στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση τεχνολογικών πλατφορμών που ενσωματώνουν τεχνολογίες αιχμής όπως Cloud/Edge Computing, AI, AR/VR και Data Federation και θα σχεδιάζει και αναλύει την αρχιτεκτονική των συστημάτων, ενώ ταυτόχρονα θα καθοδηγεί ομάδα άνω των 10 ατόμων.&nbsp;

Παράλληλα, θα αναλάβει την παρακολούθηση της προόδου των έργων, τη διασφάλιση της τεχνικής αρτιότητας των παραδοτέων και την παροχή στρατηγικής καθοδήγησης για την ενσωμάτωση καινοτόμων λύσεων.

Αρχιτεκτονική Σχεδίαση: Διαμόρφωση και ανάπτυξη τεχνολογικών λύσεων που υποστηρίζουν την καινοτομία και τη βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη των έργων.
Τεχνική Καθοδήγηση: Παροχή τεχνικής καθοδήγησης και συντονισμός ομάδων ανάπτυξης σε όλο τον κύκλο ζωής των έργων.
Project Management: Εποπτεία της προόδου των έργων, παρακολούθηση KPIs και διαχείριση κρίσιμων ζητημάτων με σκοπό πάντα την ενίσχυση της αξίας των έργων που υλοποιούμε.
Σύνταξη και Επιμέλεια Τεχνικών Παραδοτέων: Επιμέλεια της σύνταξης παραδοτέων για εθνικά και ευρωπαϊκά έργα, σε συνεργασία με την υπόλοιπη τεχνική ομάδα.
Ενσωμάτωση Τεχνολογιών: Συντονισμός με την τεχνική ομάδα υποστήριξης της εταιρείας, για την επιλογή εργαλείων και τεχνολογιών με σκοπό την ανάπτυξη συστημάτων με βάση σύγχρονες προδιαγραφές (π.χ., Kubernetes, Microservices, AI/ML, CI/CD) σε συνεργασία .
Stakeholder Management: Επικοινωνία με πελάτες, συνεργάτες και φορείς για την παρουσίαση τεχνικών λύσεων και την υποστήριξη των έργων.
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ σε Πληροφορική, Ηλεκτρολόγων Μηχανικών ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
Σχετικό με Πληροφορική Μαστερ ή/και Διδακτορικό πτυχίο.&nbsp;
Επαγγελματική εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών στον σχεδιασμό λύσεων και αρχιτεκτονικών cloud-based συστημάτων, αποδεδειγμένα σε ερευνητικά έργα
Ικανότητα σύνθεσης και παρακολούθησης αρχιτεκτονικών λύσεων σε σύνθετα έργα (π.χ., Microservices, APIs, AI engines, Edge Computing).
Εμπειρία σε διαχείριση ομάδων και διαλειτουργικών έργων.
Ικανότητα συγγραφής τεχνικών παραδοτέων και αναφορών στα Αγγλικά.
Επιθυμητά προσόντα:
Προϋπηρεσία σε περιβάλλοντα R&amp;D, startups ή innovation units.
Πιστοποιήσεις σε Project Management (π.χ. PMP, PRINCE2).
Συμμετοχή σε συγγραφή τεχνικών προτάσεων για ευρωπαϊκά έργα.

We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer to lead our Secure Administrator Workspace product line. The Secure Admin Workspace provides administrators with a secure way to perform their administrative tasks in critical applications. You will onboard new teams into the workspace and build and implement new controls to improve both security and the user experience for administrators. You will also collaborate with security architects and partner teams to enhance security on mission-critical products like Active Directory, Entra ID, & M365.

You will report to the Director of the Enterprise Security Engineering Core & Admin team.

Responsibilities:

*   Lead the Secure Administrator Workspace product line.
*   Implement new security controls to further protect elevated privilege accounts.
*   Onboard new teams into the secure admin workspace.
*   Improve the user experience maintaining high security standards.
*   Gather and analyse user feedback to improve the secure admin workspace experience.
*   Participate in incident response and recovery efforts related to the secure workspace.
*   Create comprehensive security documentation and reports.
*   Conduct regular threat assessments in Active directory, & Entra ID and assist implementing latest security enhancements.
*   Help perform application security reviews and threat modelling on enterprise applications.
*   Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technology advancements.

Qualification:

*   5+ years of experience in security engineering with a focus on securing users & administrator accounts and platforms.
*   Experience with access control, RBAC, and least-privileged access principles.
*   Experience with secure administrator workspace design and implementation.
*   Experience with Privileged Access Workstations(PAW)/Secure Admin Workstations(SAW), and Enhanced Security Administrative Environment (ESAE) architectures.
*   Working knowledge of authentication standards such as FIDO2/WebAuthN, SAML, OIDC.
*   Experience securing Windows Active Directory & Entra ID.
*   Experience with Microsoft 365 security products and services such as Microsoft Defender for Identity, Privileged Identity Management, Entra ID governance.
*   Experience implementing passwordless authentication, smart cards, and similar technologies.
*   Knowledge of scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell, Python .
*   Understanding of cloud security principles in AWS or Azure.
