CRM Marketing Specialist

The CRM Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing Feld Entertainment's CRM marketing efforts, including campaign creation, deployment, and budget management.  Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, developing and launching email and SMS campaigns, and ensuring regulatory compliance.  This role involves tracking and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights, and recommending improvements.  The specialist will also maintain situational awareness of projects, attend meetings, and build relationships with assigned teams.  The specialist may be assigned regions and/or brands to work closely with and will be expected to maintain strong relationships with those teams.

The CRM Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that Feld Entertainment’s CRM marketing efforts are completed on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented, while maintaining a friendly and accommodating attitude towards stakeholders throughout the organization. Key responsibilities include consulting with internal and external stakeholders on campaign initiatives, creating and deploying email and SMS campaigns, ensuring compliance with regulations, tracking and reporting on campaign results. Other responsibilities include maintaining situational awareness of projects in process, attending relevant meetings, and distributing relevant content to the team. Additionally, the specialist may be assigned regions and/or brands to work closely with and will be expected to maintain strong relationships with those teams.

<h3>Essential Job Functions</h3><ul><li>Consult with Promoters and other stakeholders on campaign initiatives and recommend elements and budget requirements for execution.</li><li>Maintain awareness of ongoing projects and upcoming engagement needs.</li><li>Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of campaign elements.</li><li>Plan and execute tests (subject line, hold-out, creative) and share results with stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, COPPA, GDPR, CASL, CCPA, and DMA regulations when executing campaigns.</li><li>Set up email campaign list selections.</li><li>Attend relevant meetings and distribute content to the team as needed.</li><li>Report on campaign results, providing insights, learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns.</li><li>Develop and launch email and SMS campaigns to support organizational goals.</li><li>Assist with other production duties as requested.</li></ul>

<h3>Job Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree required.</li><li>3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in email and/or SMS marketing.</li><li>3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization required.</li><li>Excellent communication skills are required, and the ability to present to all levels of management is desired.</li><li>Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) required.</li><li>Strong ability to interpret data, gather insights, and share the story with stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of email campaign management and Martech tools required.</li><li>Functional knowledge of Ampscript/Salesforce Marketing Cloud programming or other platform personalization language coding in emails is preferred.</li><li>Experience working with database marketing is required.</li><li>HTML and/or CSS experience required.</li><li>Strong Time Management skills required.</li><li>Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and proficiency preferred.</li><li>Adobe Creative Suite experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Live Event experience preferred.</li><li>Required to work on-site a minimum of three days per week.</li></ul>
