As a Human Resources Assistant apprentice, you will support the Deputy Director of Human Resources with various tasks. These include managing personnel administration such as onboarding (preparing induction files, drafting contracts, and registering with organizations) and offboarding (assisting with departure documents and updating employee records). You will also be responsible for drawing up certificates, updating the HR database, and entering absences. Furthermore, you will participate in HR projects like organizing workshops for trainees, improving HR processes, and supporting the Recruitment Manager in defining campus management policies, which includes benchmarking, participating in forums, and fostering school partnerships. You will also provide support with recruitment activities like sorting CVs, making phone calls, organizing interviews, and managing school relations. The tasks may be expanded depending on the candidate's skills and abilities.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Human Resources, you will provide support on the following tasks: Personnel Administration &amp;amp; Payroll: <ul><li>&nbsp;Onboarding: Preparation of the induction file, promise to hire, drafting of the employment contract, creation in HR tools (HRIS: Lucca, Payroll: Payfit), and registration with organisations (health insurance, provident fund, etc.).</li><li>Offboarding: Assistance with departure documents and calculations, updating employees with organizations and in HR tools, sending out exit documents</li><li>Drawing up certificates and endorsements</li><li>Updating the HR database and HR monitoring tables (sandwich courses, entries/leavers, IJSS, etc.)</li><li>Entering absences into HR tools HR projects :</li></ul><ul><li>Organising HR workshops for our trainees and being a driving force in leading the trainee group</li><li>Participate in HR process improvement projects</li><li>Support the Recruitment Manager in defining the campus management policy: benchmarking, taking part in forums, school partnerships, etc. </li><li>Providing support with recruitment: sorting CVs, making telephone calls, organising interviews, school relations, etc. (This is a non-exhaustive list, and the tasks may be expanded depending on the candidate's skills and abilities.)</li></ul>
