The Game Designer will be responsible for developing unique game concepts, characters, storylines, and gameplay mechanics. <li>At least 3 years of experience in Meta/Systems Design, with a track record of delivering successful mobile games.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all aspects of the game design are polished and engaging.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Self starter and proactive approach.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with a team, and to mentor and educate other team members where necessary</li>
<li>Ability to perform outstanding competitor benchmarks, extracting key takeaways and applying them efficiently to our game.</li>
<li>Ability to break down complex designs into small, easily measurable changes. Having a data-driven mindset is critical to the success of this role.</li>
<li>Excellent English to communicate with the international team.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to team members and stakeholders.</li>
<li>A passion for gaming and a desire to push the boundaries of what&#39;s possible in mobile game design.</li>
<li>Knowledge about the Web3 world and/or Web3 games would be a plus.</li>
