As Art Director, Environmental for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand experiences across physical and digital platforms.  Collaborating with project managers and production partners, you'll define the visual and spatial hospitality experience, overseeing design from concept to completion in 2026.  Responsibilities include designing 2D/3D visualizations, mood boards, and technical drawings, ensuring brand consistency, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.  You'll present design concepts, maintain high brand standards, and collaborate with internal/external teams.  Sustainability considerations in design and material selection are crucial.

(NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company.JOB SUMMARYWe are looking for an Art Director to join our growing design department responsible for developing, defining, and executing innovative brand experiences for the FIFA World Cub 26™ Official Hospitality program. Working alongside project managers, production partners, and the leadership team, the Art Director will be skilled in defining the visual and spatial hospitality experience and seeing this through completion in 2026.WHAT YOU WILL DO<ul><li>Deliver exceptional brand design and consistent visual direction across physical and digital mediums ranging from small to large scale environmental graphics, FF&amp;E selections, and a variety of experiential moments that define various levels of a premium hospitality experience start to finish</li><li>Design and manage 2D and 3D visualizations, mood boards, key art, renderings, and any technical drawings required to communicate design intent</li><li>Translate the brand guidelines into a visual identity within physical environments</li><li>Present design concepts clearly and confidently</li><li>Take projects from concept to execution with minimal supervision</li><li>Ensure brand standards are maintained at the highest level by both internal and external teams and vendors</li><li>Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment </li><li>Develop strong and collaborative communications with internal teams and cross functional partners, fostering an inclusive and inspiring team environment </li><li>Address sustainability considerations through design considerations and material choices</li></ul>WHO YOU ARE<ul><li>Highly motivated, self-starter, and future design leader with a passion for craft and visual storytelling within physical spaces</li><li>Strong environmental design portfolio showcasing modern, fresh, and impactful brand systems that are visually inspiring and beautifully executed</li><li>Strong Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD skills are a must </li><li>Strong understanding of branding, spatial planning, and user experience</li><li>Ability to inspire and lead design aesthetics, trends, and best practices</li><li>Strong communicator and collaborator, both verbally and visually</li><li>Calm under pressure, consistent, detail oriented, and solution minded</li><li>Experience and passion for sporting events and event production</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a high volume of work under tight deadlines</li><li>Agency, brand, or events experience preferred</li></ul>GOOD TO HAVE<ul><li>Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)</li><li>Bilingual or multilingual proficiency </li><li>Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards</li></ul>Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.&nbsp;The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
