As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners.  You will be responsible for managing logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience. You will also create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction. This position requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be a self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

</li><li>Must be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the 10-day event in March.

Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.</li><li>Perform functional testing to validate that the web applications meet specified requirements.</li><li>Conduct UI/UX testing to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.</li><li>Provide regular updates on testing progress and results.</li><li>Assist in the development and maintenance of regression test suites.</li><li>Review and analyze system specifications to identify potential issues early in the development cycle.</li><li>Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and potential user experience issues.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams to write comprehensive tests</li><li>Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and testing methodologies. </li></ul>
What We’re Looking For: <ul><li>Minimum of 4 years experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on manual testing.</li><li>Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).</li><li>Ability to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test documentation.</li><li>Experience in conducting UI/UX testing to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills. </li></ul>
It’s a Plus if You Have: <ul><li>Prior experience with the US healthcare system.</li><li>Experience with Automation Frameworks like Selenium / Playwright</li><li>Familiarity with API Testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, etc.</li><li>Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or Github.</li><li>Knowledge of security testing and tools like Veracode, Burp suite</li><li>Knowledge of accessibility testing and tools like JAWS </li></ul>
