QA Tester - Services

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure our games meet the highest standards of quality and performance for our clients.&nbsp; We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated QA Tester&nbsp;to join our team in Salt Lake City to ensure we ship quality products to our customers on our services side of the business&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Execute thorough testing of mobile games across multiple platforms (iOS, Android) to identify bugs, glitches, and performance issues.</li><li>Create, update, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on game requirements and design documents.</li><li>Document and report bugs clearly and concisely using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana)</li><li>Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to reproduce and resolve issues.</li><li>Perform regression testing to verify fixes and ensure the stability of new game builds.</li><li>Conduct performance testing to evaluate load times, responsiveness, and device compatibility.</li><li>Provide constructive feedback on game design, mechanics, and user experience.</li><li>Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, priorities, and challenges.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest mobile gaming trends and testing tools.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a QA Tester, preferably in the gaming industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and their limitations.</li><li>Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of game mechanics and user expectations</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years in the Quality Assurance discipline within the gaming space.</li><li>Strong knowledge of industry QA best practices.</li><li>Working experience with Asana, and familiarity with Unity a plus.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Proven experience acting as the accountable party responsible for ensuring bugs are properly tracked and addressed.</li><li>Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Red Games Co. does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time.</li></ul>Red Games Co. is an equal-opportunity employer.
