<li>BA/BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or Game Development.</li>
<li>3+ years of Unity and/or Unreal Engine development experience.</li>

As a Technical Animator at Ubisoft Düsseldorf, you'll craft character and creature rigs and create tools for art, technical art, and animation teams. Responsibilities include developing motion and deformation systems, setting up character rigs for the game engine, collaborating with modelers and animators, developing streamlining tools and scripts, providing daily support, and collaborating with global Ubisoft teams.  The role requires experience with shipped console/PC titles as a Technical Artist or Animator, proficiency in Python (C#, C++ a plus), Maya/MotionBuilder/3ds Max, advanced rigging and skinning, knowledge of parametric node creation, animation systems, human/facial/animal anatomy, art optimization, and game engine pipelines.  Creativity in problem-solving and good English communication are essential.
