JOB SUMMARY: As a Senior character artist, you will need to solve a wide range of problems with well-rounded experience across multiple disciplines, with specialization in character production workflow. you will be working under the direct responsibility of the Lead Art and interacting closely with the Producer and the Art Director, you will be responsible on collaboration and report to the Lead artist as a team as monthly content pushes and reaches milestone. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create realistic/stylized 3D models and textures including characters, creatures and accessories and work efficiently and effectively within the technical constraints of production. <ul><li>Consistently refine one’s own artistic abilities and learn new software packages and in-house tools.</li><li>Work closely with other departments (designers, artists, and technical artists) to ensure art assets are working well and create a great player experience.</li><li>Support the lead in training, creating workflow documentation and scheduling tasks.</li><li>Mentor and train other 3D artists. </li></ul>
