Character Artist

Velan Studios is looking for a skilled Character Artist to bring their games to life. The artist will be responsible for creating high-quality character assets, collaborating with the Art Director and Leads to ensure the artistic vision is met. They will work closely with concept, animation, and design teams to ensure characters meet specifications, and they will be expected to set up basic rigs and skinning for characters and assist with reviewing schedules. The role involves staying up-to-date on current industry trends and techniques to push quality and speed within the character art team.
