岗位职责：
1、为IEGG海外账号相关C端和B端系统相关功能规划、需求推进、推广使用负责；
2、产品规划：深入了解、分析海外账号的能力、边界，结合用户需求分析，海内外竞品分析，提供高可用性的相关产品规划及问题解决方案，拆解各模块规划，梳理清晰的阶段目标并明确关键提升指标；
3、需求推进：跟多方团队紧密协作，引领并推进产品规划的逐步上线、验证、迭代，并及时调整后续规划方向；
4、推广覆盖：整合运营和产品能力，总结、沉淀、输出各个阶段系统、产品上线、使用方案，梳理使用文档及指南，对用户进行产品使用培训、推广，并联各方团队，利用当资源，进行系统的运营推广落地、监测、方案迭代。
Requirements:
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网相关系统产品策划工作经验， 熟练使用至少一款产品原型工具，对人机交互、产品可用性有深刻理解；
2、具备海外B端产品背景，掌握复杂产品和系统设计经验，对B端系统有深刻认知；
3、具备较强的逻辑思维、数据分析、项目管理、能力，擅长跨团队、部门沟通能力，有抗压能力和责任心，能以数据驱动、迭代产品；
4、热爱游戏，表达能力强，思维灵活，有较强独立分析、解决问题能力；
5、具有一定的英文办公能力，英语沟通能力强者优先。
