Pentair’s Information Technology (IT) Leadership Development Program (ITLDP) is an accelerated program for recent college graduates with proven ability to excel in today’s fast-paced world. The anticipated annualized base pay range for this full-time position working at this location will be from ($52,700 to $97,900). At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, performance and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs. Actual compensation may also be adjusted if the position is filled outside of the intended geographic location.

Our Leadership Development Program:

The IT Leadership Development Program is a three-year program consisting of three, 12-month rotations within one+ locations. The program will begin in Fall 2025 and gives participants exposure to different facets of IT with rotation opportunities including AI/Machine Learning (e.g., predictive models, exploring intelligent automation, etc.), IT Services, Infrastructure, Security, or Applications & Systems. This track is designed to help participants explore how emerging technologies like artificial intelligence are transforming business operations and driving innovation across Pentair.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management of Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science with a strong academic focus in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning focus from an accredited university (Preferred graduation date: Spring or Fall 2025).
• Have previous IT internship or co-op experience.
• Be open to relocation to one+ location for rotation assignments.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
