Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the operations planning of a 3A stylized realistic shooting PC game.

2. Product Design: Possess a deep understanding of shooting games, responsible for planning and optimizing version content, able to formulate executable plans around operational goals, and continuously optimize based on project rhythm and data to effectively improve game operational metrics.

3. User Insight: Good at using data analysis and user research methods to accurately extract user needs, quickly identify key opportunities and potential problems at different stages, and deeply pinpoint the underlying reasons.

4. Version Management: Responsible for version progress during game development, formulating and following up on version plans, and ensuring version quality and rhythm.

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years of work experience in the game industry, familiar with the shooting genre, experience as a shooting game practitioner is preferred.

2. Data sensitive, good at understanding user needs, possessing keen insight and fast learning ability.

3. Possess good team communication and execution skills, strong summarization and generalization skills.

4. Passionate about games, strong drive, highly responsible, and able to use English as a working language.
