Responsibilities:

1.负责游戏整体交互框架和流程体验的规划和设计工作，为最终的产品体验和效果负责；
2.与系统策划配合，将系统功能转化为可读性强的交互设计方案和体验原型，保证体验的顺畅性和游戏性；
3.体验分析现有游戏，结合数据及用户反馈持续优化并推动优化方案落地；
4.建设设计规范，统筹交互设计一致性，把控游戏产品中交互最终输出质量。

Requirements:

1. 本科以上学历，人机交互、工业设计、计算机、心理学等相关专业，2年以上交互设计工作经验；
2. 能够熟练运用设计工具清晰直观表达设计意图，并制作交互原型辅助表达；
3. 熟悉海外用户操作习惯，精通PC的键鼠操作逻辑和主机手柄交互设计逻辑

1.有海外游戏项目工作经验者优先，有成功项目经验者优先；
2.热爱游戏，深入体验各类主机游戏项目，热爱ACT、ARPG品类更佳。
